Organized team summer workouts are “scheduled” to begin July 6th. The June training schedule will be posted under documents on TeamApp.

Fulton County and GHSA rules have limited the amount of contact coaches can have with students during June. (We hope this will change in July.)

As a result, we will only have group workouts with a few individuals on a limited basis. This will be limited to top returning runners and a few others that have shown their dedication and improvement by posting on Strava. You will be contacted if you are invited to the June workouts.

While this is not the ideal situation, it will be an opportunity for you to show your dedication and desire to be a part of the team by following the suggested training schedule and posting your workouts. Summer preparation is the key to a successful cross country season.
